Horizontal packaging machine, designed for pouch bag packaging design, with duplex function under materials and double bag. Mainly used in food, cosmetic, agrochemical and other industries, packaging materials are powders, granules, liquids and other materials for flat bag trilateral or four side sealed packaging. Use different cutting device that can package different products.
The mechanism of the bag, sealing and filling is relatively independent systems. Two systems by mechanical linkage and programmable logic controller (PLC) to coordinate linkage. Therefore, the packaging can be adapted to different objects, bags dimensions. Finished packaging system with heat sealing packaging materials (polyethylene film, multilayer composite film), automatic bag making, measuring filling and sealing and other packaging processes fully automated production equipment.
