The methanol burner is a device that integrates the parts of methanol supply, atomization, air supply, ignition, flame detection and operation regulation and control into a single unit, which is installed in the same cabinet to realize the fully automatic control of the combustion process.
Methanol burner working principle:
Adopting the classic pilot combustion principle, combined with air, automation control, combustion science and other principles, so that the methanol fuel is really fully combusted (higher requirements for customers can be equipped with optional silicon carbide tubes); to overcome for the secondary filtration of crude methanol, waste methanol, and other impurity content of the fuel application, to prevent the occurrence of clogging and pump damage phenomenon, and completely get rid of the high-pressure pump body pressure atomization!
