Applications:
The machine is suitable for packaging of soft shaped pouch liquid such as juice, drinks, vinegar, food seasoning, shampoo, sauce ,medicine liquid etc. Packing material include several kinds of heat-seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE, PET/PE, NYLON etc.Equipment features:
- The overall frame is SUS304 food grade stainless steel, and the contact materials are made of 316L. The overall frame is thick and uses sufficient materials. Adopting high configuration, the electrical components are imported general accessories of big brands, if you need to replace the accessories, you can generally buy them in the market;
- The punching knife is driven by a motor, the film is pulled by a servo motor, and a pneumatic mechanism is sealed. As a whole, it can ensure the stable operation of all parts of the equipment;
- The punching die is used for one-time forming, the cut is flat, no wrong edges, no burrs;
- Two-stage buffer rods are added for waste film recycling equipment to make the bag punching position more accurate;
- The heating parts and moving parts are hidden in the protective device, and the electric cabinet is connected in strict accordance with the electrical standards;
- Both the movable bearing and the guide rod have refueling ports, which play a lubricating effect and are not easy to wear;
