1. This machine is a high-speed, high-precision, high-reliability slant bed machine. The main components such as the bed base, bed and head box are cast from high-strength materials to ensure the stability of the machine for long-term use.
2. It adopts 45° integral inclined bed structure and is equipped with high-precision preloaded Taiwan silver linear rolling guide. The positional precision of the machine tool is high, the chip removal is smooth, suitable for high speed and high precision machining.
3, high-speed high-precision and high-rigidity shell-type spindle unit, servo spindle motor, can achieve higher spindle speed. The spindle unit is assembled in a constant temperature room.
