Mono-cyclone Powder Booth 
The Mono-cyclone powder coating booth suits for multiple color powder coating operation because it is simple to be cleaned. The recovered powder is transported by a powder recovery system to the electrostatic powder coating gun. The unseparated powder is passed on to an After Filter.  
OURS COATING Mono-cyclone Recovery Powder Spray Booth Has Following Features:
1. Efficient cyclone separator, 98% of single separation rate;
2. The spray booth can be made of stainless steel plate, antistatic engineering plastic plate or sandwich panels;
3. Its arc structural top is convenient to clean;
4. The bottom can be equipped with pulse airflow cleaning device, automatic plate turnover device or automatic cleaning air knife to ensure very little residue at the spray booth bottom; 
5. Adopt high-quality and long-life nano coated filter element, which can catch above 0.1 μm dust and has long service life;
6. On this system you can add a Powder Center for less time of cleaning. The powder saving automatic powder supply center can achieve full-automatic powder circulation from feeding and will automatically clean the powder-absorbing pipe, powder pump, powder pipe and spray gun when cleaning the spray booth.
