The engineer will go to the buyer's factory to install, test machines, and train the buyer's staff on how to operate, maintain machines. 

When there is a problem with the machine, We will solve basic questions by telephone, email, Whatsapp, Wechat, and video call. 

Customers show us the picture or video of the problem, if the problem can be easily solved, we will send you a solution by video or pictures. If the problem is out of your control, we will arrange the engineer to your factory.
