Equipment Instruction:

This washing machine is a fully pneumatically controlled screen printing stencil cleaning machine. It is suitable for silk screen printing stencils in any industry. It can use volatile organic solvents as cleaning solvents.
   During cleaning, the pneumatic cleaning pump draws the cleaning solvent from the cleaning liquid tank, and through the cleaning filtration system, the cleaning solvent is transported to the left and right side spray bars, the spray bar rotates 360 degrees, and the cleaning solvent is sprayed onto the net by the staggered nozzles on the spray bar. On both sides of the board, the remains of the ink on the surface of the screen is cleaned by the chemical decomposition of the solvent and the mechanical action of the spray, and the cleaning liquid is recycled with the cleaning circulation pipe.
After washing, the screen is dried by compressed air.
