Balanced spiral mesh uses a crankshaft or straight shaft to string right-hand and left-hand wires together to form a balanced weave. Left-hand and right-hand meshes can be produced using round or flat wires depending on the application. Double-rotation meshes are generally driven by friction, and gears can also be customized to be driven by mesh belts. According to the application environment, select the appropriate pitch and pitch. The edges of the mesh belt are generally welded or bent.
Crankshaft type: It combines the various advantages of metal wire braided mesh belts. Due to the deeply curved string strips, the position of each spiral mesh strip is correctly positioned, thus greatly reducing the deformation and extension of the mesh belt.

Straight axis type: It is composed of alternating left and right mesh bars connected by straight strings. This series of mesh belts has dense mesh holes and even mesh spacing, which can make the mesh belt run smoothly. The allowable tension is large and can transport heavy objects. This series of mesh belts is suitable for conveyor lines with small carrying volumes and relatively hard texture.
