Baopin PP PS PET PVC ABS automatic thin plastic lab sheet extrusion line


The extruder of lab sheet extrusion line has heater in 3 areas of charging barrel, heater in 2 areas of handpiece. And three groups of multi-wing blowing fans force cooling.

The PLC lab sheet extrusion line apply to all thermoplastic PE; PP; Ps. PVC; PA; PC; PET; EVA; ABS;TPU compound sheet extrusion. The machine is equipped with PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface operation system.

Features
  1. This lab sheet extrusion line can be used for general plastic products such as PE, PP, PS, PC, PET, ABS, PVC
  2. Can connect with single screw extruder(20/25/30/45mm)
  3. T hanger type, width range from 200~300mm; the max film width around 300mm, min. film width around 100mm, can use for making film which width less than 300mm
  4. Cooling roll and other tools are been chrome plated and harden, with mirror polished.
  5. Cooling roll is controlled by water heating and cooling system to control the temperature, max. temperature at 120ºC.
  6. Cooling roll temperature can also be controlled by oil heating & cooling, max. temperature at 170ºC.
  7. All the inner parts are chromed plated and mirror polished
  8. Rubber clip roll has tension control (include tension measuring roll), have indicator for winding and tension.
  9. Perfect security and safe protection.
