A wound nickelchrome resistance wire is strung through high temperature ceramic bricks that sit on an insulation blanket of ceramic fiber insulation.Ceramic Band heaters are designed and manufactured out of 34 years of experience, for superior performance and life expectancy. Primarily used for Plastic Processing machinery, depending upon applications, these heaters come with outer heat saving insulation covers, which provides the best combination of physical strength, high emissivity & good thermal conductivity to heat cylindrical parts, good for sheath temperature up to 500ºC along with Energy Saving.
