DBDPE has high bromine content, good thermal stability, good ultraviolet resistance and low exudation than other bromine flame retardant; especially suitable for the flame retardant of high-grade materials of computer, fax machines, telephones, copiers, home appliances, etc.
Application
It is widely used in styrene polymer, engineering thermoplastics, wire and cable coating, insulators, elastomers and thermosetting plastics.
DBDPE does not produce toxic polybromine diphenyldioxane (DBDO) and DBDF). The flame retardant materials with it fully meet the requirements of the European regulations on dioxins, and do not cause harm to the environment. No toxicity, also will not produce any teratogenesis to organisms, no aquatic organisms such as fish side effects, in line with the requirements of environmental protection.
DBDPE is quite stable in the use system used, with its flame retardant thermoplastic can be recycled, in line with the development requirements of waste home appliance recycling in Europe. The adverse effect of BPBPE on flame retardant material performance is smaller than that of traditional flame retardant, and it has good light resistance and low exudation.
