Our innovative mechanism is powered by a motor that transmits motion via a reducer, propelling the main spindle. This spindle is intricately connected to the press roller shaft, while the mold stays static. Through dynamic friction between the press roller and mold, materials are expertly compressed and shaped. Once molded, a cutter deftly slices the material, which is then gracefully delivered onto the dumping plate before reaching the machine hopper, finalizing the pelleting process.
