The precision between stator and rotor is composed of factors such as space force, concentricity, material hardness, shearing area, linear velocity etc. EBR Series Batch High Shear Homogenizer

Features:

1, precise combination between stator and rotor for our High Shear Homogenizer/emulsifier;
2, Fine forging for stator and rotor, linear cutting form, claw type structure, two-way suction, high efficiency for circulation, no dead corner for ELE emulsion machines;
3, gap between rotor and stator 0.2mm and short working time;
4, After special heat-treatment, stator and rotor surface wear-resistance is 2 to 3 times of ordinary stainless steel;
5, Claw-structure, drawing material from the bottom of tank into the centre of working head because of the centrifugal force speed up the toward the side of working head;
6, CNC (numerical control machine) guarantee high accuracy space between stator and rotor and being more stable for the gravity;
7, the key parts are processed via fine grinding to make combination between stator and rotor reach American Standards;
8, Dynamic and static balance test for rotating parts to guarantee stability during high speed shearing for the emulsifying machine, low noise to prolong working life of high shear homogenizer/emulsifier;
