The wire saw can apply horizontal, bertical and acclivitous and other direction cutting in the quarry. Diamond wire saw can exploit large specification and regular blocks, the cutting fact is smooth and less hurt to the block, the thin crack of the stone operation can improve the working condition, and increase the safety factor.

We designed a series of BLD-W products after fully study the cutting condition and technique of diamond wire saw, it used high quality transducer and PLCto realize automatically, reasonably, timely to adjust the cutting techniques.

The electronic feed system, installed on machines, has been specially studied to increase the performance of diamond wire; It allows a constant and uniform feeding during the cutting phase.

The EASYDRIVE system, installed on machines, allows a constant and simultaneous control of diamond wire and advance speed, by means two interfaced inverters. It works fully automated and enables to optimize diamond wire performances as well as to improve the output.

A central gear maintenance free is placed on the rail so that to prevent from mud jam and risk of slipping. The special feed systems gear/cylinders, allows a perfect coupling of the machine on the rail and its perfect displacement on any position, even very slope.

The aluminum flywheel, directly flanged on the motor to eliminate any power loss, can rotate on 360 degree by means hydraulic device to cut on any angulations. The same hydraulic system is used to perform the lateral movement, 45cm preside. Thus it is possible to make two parallel cuts 185cm (140cm+45cm) wide without moving the machine.
