BROTIE small mini PSA oxygen O2 generator plant 

Principles:
Customized PSA oxygen generator, purity 90-95% with no purification system, capacity from 1Nm3/h-50Nm3/h, pressure from 0.1bar to 200bar, uses zeolite molecular sieve as sorbent, produces oxygen by making use of the PSA principle. Professional energy saving design provided with each of BROTIE oxygen generator system, low air consumption means more economical for customers. The BRO-CONTROL system is provided, all the parameters can be read and the operation can be actualized by one touch only. Alarming system can work automatically when the purity, the capacity and pressure is lower than required, it means more reliable and more humanistic for customers.
Applications:
1. After the oxygen generator,  the oxygen purification system is equipped to guarantee the quality of the O2 and removing dust, eliminating bacteria and stabilizing pressure to ensure the oxygen outputted stably and meeting medical standards.                                                                                                                                       
2. Users only need to turn the start/stop button to gain the oxygen with designing required flow capacity and purity within 30 minutes.         
                                                    
3. Single line and double lines types are available for option. Users are suggested to choose the single line type when they only require a stable flow capacity; choose double lines when demand is unstable and sometimes meet extra peak values.

Two years spare parts have been provided with the generators.
