Main features:
1. Wallboard: Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 75mm thickness. Colorful steel skin boards 0.476mm thickness. Galvanized steel roof panel.
2. Door: 4 PCS of front doors with special rigid frame. Size: 4000(w) x 4800(h). 2 PCS of emergency doors.
3. Air Intake System (2sets): Each set consists of 2x5.5kw intake fan. Total 4 units of 5.5kw intake fan. BELIMO 20N electric damper.
4. Air Exhaust System (2sets): Each set consists of 1x7.5kw exhaust fan. Total 2 units of 7.5kw exhaust fan. Multi-layer fiberglass filter. Exhaust air from basement or two sides of wallboard.
5. Heating System (2sets): Each set consists of 1 unit Italy Riello G20 diesel burner, 200000Kcal/h. Total 2 units of burners, 400000Kcal/h. The heat exchanger is made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel which features more heat dissipating surface, better heat exchange and better burner efficiency.
6. Lighting System: Ceiling light has 16 units x 3 PCS of 40W lamps. Side light has 18 units x 2 PCS of 40W lamps. Total 84 PCS of 40W lamps. 900 Lux.
7. Air Purification: Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μ m. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μ m. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%
