Both intake valve and exhaust valve are forged with high quality 40# steel through advanced technique. The valve surface has been processed with tufftride,which makes the valve characterized by strong hardness and strong resistance to erosion and abrasion.
Motorcycle intake &exhaust valve is made of special high quality heat resisting alloy steel; External surface of the rod is treated with carbonization and nitridation; Rod ends are high frequency hardened; The locking slot is treated by pressing strengthening technique (the hardness is up to HRC600); This product is provided with such characteristics as wear resisting, high strength, and corrosion resisting.
