PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Vertical lathe is suitable for the industries of mechanical processing, can be used for inside and outside the cylinder, cone surface and face, cutting, cutting, etc.


This series machine is suitable for machining parts in all industries. On the machine cylindrical turning and boring . tapering and surfcing as well as grooving can be carried out rough and finishing.

The table adopts thrust ball bearing with high accuracy for rolling guideway. Spindle radial is performed NN30 type double row cylindrical rolling bearing. so it can improve the rotary procision and load capacity of the table.The rail head equipped with pentagonal turret, and the side heud is designed with square turret. The two heads are all adopted the hydraulic balance.The rail head is adopted rolling leadscrew bearing for transmission in horizontal and vertical movement.The electrical equipment of machine is controlled by PC. so it is high reliability.Overall dimensions of machine is beautiful and it is delightful for people to use. It is easily for maintenaince and service.The attachment of side head, digital control and turning taper can provided on special requirement.

MACHINE FEATURES

The beam guide and ram guide are treated by super audio quenching (HRC≥50), and the sliding surface of guide is treated with plastic (including inclined iron surface and pressing plate surface), so that the product precision can be maintained for a long time and the overhaul cycle can be extended for more than 10 years at least.
The electric adopts Japan omron PLC control, the electrical parts adopt high quality components, standard (CE standard) wiring process, the whole electric machine has high reliability.
High quality castings and domestic dafang matching castings (HT300), artificial heat aging treatment.  Castings do not do weight reduction treatment, the machine weight and standard weight.
