Spiral freezer is one of  energy-saving quick freezing equipments with compacted sturcture & space , wide applicatin ranges. According to the request, it could  be divided into single drum spiral freezer and twin drums spiral freezer. It is widely used for quick freezing of sagmented meat products, aquatic products, breads and prepared instant foods. They always could be customized according to your detailed request.

Core working units included as bellow: 

1. Stainless steel conveyor belt:
For freezer, hygienic stainless steel spiral belt are appled to adapt with low temperature.

2. Counter weight tension belt system with sensor to keep the belt at the optimized working conditions and avoid belt demage when failure takes place.

3.Insulation panels:
150 mm thick PU sandwich panels density 42kg/m3  with stainless steel panel on both sides.

4.Driving system
Helical gear motors are applied with VVF controller.

5.Evaporator and fan:
The fins are made of aluminum alloy. The frame of evaporator is made of  SUS304 .

6. Compressor unit
