Koller transparent ice block machine is for direct cooling system, the ice blocks is for 25kg or 50kg per piece.
Its freezing time is 48hours.
For the transparent ice block machine, if it is used for edible type, all material for the machine must be stainless steel 304.
If not for edible, we can use steel material.
For the produce way, firslty, pure water go to the ice block machine to be frozen transparent ice blocks, when transparent ice blocks are made well, it will go to ice cutting machine to be cut different size with square shape, then small transparent ice blocks will go to ice sphere machine for ice ball. so it will have three machines together to work.
