It is the necessary machine for producing high quality insulation glasses and gas filled insulated glass, it has the automatic identifying the Low E glasses or coated glasses.
This complete line adopts our patent of the device hollow design of the lights, which is conducive to observe the cleanliness of the glass, and can protect the worker's eyes when working for a long time.
According to the automatic detection results, the argon gas filling machine line will choose the suitable filling ways. For big size of more than 2 meters, two filling machine is working, and for smaller size of glass, then only one filling machine is working.
The sealing robot section adopts Japanese YASKAWA controlling system and humanized communication touch screen, which makes it is easy to be controlled, and working stable. So the sealed glasses will be fully saturated and smooth.
It can be working with stepped glass, or three-sided glass, or the three glass with two chambers according to different client requirements.
