Main purposes of the machine tool:
CNC cylindrical series is a two-axis CNC cylindrical grinding machine that uses a Siemens 808/828D CNC system from Germany with an LCD display. The cylindrical grinding wheel feed and table movement are both driven by a servo motor via a ball screw. The wheel head feed uses a linear feed method, and the feed guide rail uses a linear rolling guide rail to ensure rigidity and sensitivity during feeding. The worktable guide rail uses a flat-V-shaped plastic-coated guide rail to improve its shock resistance and sliding properties.
