MKS-4 CNC Deep hole internal grinding machine
Main application and integral structure
1. The machine is a two axis two linkage CNC deep hole internal grinder, which can grind the internal round hole, step hole, internal cone hole, internal round end face and external round end face of the work piece. It has the functions of automatic feed, automatic rough grinding, fine grinding, automatic withdrawal, automatic dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation, etc.
2.The machine bed is made of wear-resistant cast iron, fixed by work piece spindle box, reciprocated by worktable and fed by grinding wheel rack.
3.It adopts programmable numerical control system, automatically carries out grinding wheel correction, compensation, automatic feeding during work piece grinding, automatically carries out intermediate correction, correction compensation, grinding compensation, fine grinding delay, automatic tool withdrawal return and other actions.
4.The feed guide rail of the grinding wheel rack and the reciprocating guide rail of the worktable adopt the high rigidity and high precision rolling linear guide rail. The machine tool is a fully enclosed protective and waterproof cover, equipped with a knapsack type electrical box and a front rotary operating platform.
5.The machine tool adopts German Siemens editable numerical control system with Ethernet interface. The main electrical components are Schneider. The electric box is equipped with special air conditioner and special lighting.
