A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.

If there is problem with the product,  you need to send the picture or the video to us, let us make sure what's problem about it,if the problem can use the part to solve ,we will offer the replacement for free Within 2 years , or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
