Horizontal Stretch Wrapper Machine For Pipe And Coil 

Coil packing machine is a special ring type of efficient equipments for coils through eye packaging. There are different types coil packer which is able to provide a nic packing solution for coils..For soil packing machine or coil wrapping machine, the speed of ring and rollers are adjustable to accommodate materials by inverters. It is the most efficiency equipment for coil objects packaging, which meets the requirement for higher packaging rates and minimal space and lower labor costs.
Operation procedure

After pressing the start button, the taper roll drives the package to rotate and the swivel also rotates to wrap the package until the end of the package.The staff will manually disconnect the belt, and then lift the packaged product from the position to be packaged to complete a work cycle
 
Buttons are as below: E-stop: the switch of electrical circuit, press this button the
whole machine stops if any emergency happens.
Start: starts the ring and supportive rollers.
Stop: For ending machine's operation.
Ring jog: start the ring with constant pressing, stops the ring once release the button.
Ring reset: For reseting the ring's position, convenient for loading and unloading the coils.
Taper roller forward/backward: Supportive roller positive and negative: for starting the supportive rollers, switch button also
can change the running direction.
Can be in product outer diameter and belt width of the input options for packaging products, the width of the outer diameter of packaging material system according to the product diameter and belt width automatically calculate the number of laps with PLC, including coefficient refers to the coefficient parameters of packaging products, is a packaging process needs to call on the number of multiple;Winding number correction refers to the system automatically calculate the number of winding with PLC if the product packaging error can be modified in the winding number correction;
