Can Bus Simulator Board Automotive Training Equipment

Based on the real Audi on-board gateway system, the training system integrates all related sensors and actuators into a teaching board, demonstrating the working principle of the automotive gateway system. It can be used for fault diagnosis, data measurement and other practical operations.
 

Functional Features

1. The real running CAN/LIN/MOST communication system of automobile fully demonstrates the composition and working process of the gateway communication system of automobile.

2. The display board is equipped with a digital display table, which can display real-time changes of relevant sensor parameters.

3. The board is painted with spray-painted diagram and equipped with detection terminal, which can directly detect the electrical signals of each sensor, actuator and control unit pin, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals, etc.

4. The teaching board is equipped with a fault setting system, which can set one or more common faults to simulate the circuit faults of the gateway communication system, so as to achieve the purpose of examination

5. The teaching board is equipped with a diagnostic socket, which connected with a special or general purpose automobile decoder to perform self-diagnosis functions such as reading fault codes, clearing fault codes and reading data streams for the gateway communication system.
