Feature:
  1. Safety & reliability: well secure the coded info from disclosure. Minimize accidental errors; feed card to exact position to secure printing position. Codes printed by inkjet are clear and elegant.
  2. Filming accuracy: longitudinal<± 0.8mm. Transverse± 0.2mm (excluding the card and label bias).
  3. System speed up to 25000pcs/h. (depending on the card, printing info quantity and label condition).
  4. Our latest patented rotary hot stamping technique can apply multi strips at the same line, or several lines with multi strips each. The hot stamping film runs in either normal or economical mode.
  5. Moulds of the system can be combined freely. Central control and touch screen operation.
  6. High speed in defective card rejecting and code re-printing. Cross-edge anti-piracy printing after card filming. UV dryer.
  7. Inkjet printing inspection: adopts automatic inspection to reject the wrongly or improperly printed defective cards.
  8. Filming quality inspection: adopts automatic inspection to reject the code-missing or improperly labeled/hot stamped cards.
  9. Providing production logs, data secure management system.
