batch of products will be tested with caution before packing and delivery.

Payment will be refundable if the product quality or delivery time does not meet the agreed terms. We can also sign
the refund agreement with any of our buyer. The main purpose is not to refund the payment, because we understand

whether fireproof or not, they are safe to human being and environment, free of HBCD, HCFC, CFC, the product is
approved by REACH.
Question 6: Can we have third party inspection for the EVA before delivery?
--Sure. Test and inspection are welcome before delivery. Kurtin people always want to deliver the right products to
our customers.
