Technology Parameters:
1.This laundry soap production line take soap noodles as raw materials.
2.The production starts with mixing soap noodles and perfume.
3.Then the mixed soap noodles enters in the three roller mill,
4.The soap thin sheet then converted into desired long strip soap by the plodder machine.
5.Then the long strip soap are cut into the soap bars required size by cutting machine
(there are two kinds of cutting machine.One is mechanical.The other is automatic).
6.Finally, the soap bars gets packed by packing machine if needed.
7.Soap bars can be made 60g,120g,200g,260g,and so on.

It can mix and stir various raw materials that produce soap fully and evenly,to thin the soap grain
and make all sorts of auxiliary material and spice mixed into the soap grain completely.

It is used to grind the soap grain and materials added to improve the density and quality of the
soap body.Milling machine equip three rollers in a horizontal direction,raw materials are ground
twice through extruding and grinding by rollers with different speed.

It is used to refine, exhaust and extrude the after-grinding soap grain to change the molecular
arrangement of the soap body,making them arrange neatly into strips,to be used in molding.

Soap stamping machine  
This soap stamping machine can print logo or pattern on soap of different shapes
Stamp different size and shape of soap with changing mold.
