Chemical Oil Spinning Auxiliary for Carpet Yarn

This product is suitable for nylon filament, especially nylon cord and industrial yarn.

Antistatic, emulsifying, smoothing and detergent properties.
Heat resistance, no smoke, not easy to coke.
Good fiber cohesion.
It solves the contradiction between smoothness and cohesion in the fiber production process, which is beneficial to the improvement of fiber strength;
Non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive and non-flammable;
Easily soluble in water and organic solvents.

To prepare the emulsion, add the oil of this product to industrial soft water under stirring conditions to dissolve and stir evenly.
Due to different machine conditions, 15% emulsion makes the oil content of the fiber 1.0-1.5%.

This product should be stored in a cool and dry warehouse.
Store and transport as general chemicals.
Packed in 200kg plastic drum.
The shelf life is normally one year.
