SLES appears as white or light yellow viscous paste, is a kind of excellent anionic surface active agent, with excellent decontamination, emulsification, wettability, dispersity, density and foaming, easily soluble in water.
Sodium lauryl alcohol polyether Organosulfate (SLES) is an anionic surfactant with excellent performance, which can be prepared from coconut.

[1] The Molecular formula is R (OCH2CH2) nOSO3Na (R is 12 alkyl [7-8]), a light yellow viscous liquid, easily soluble in water, with excellent decontamination, emulsification and foaming properties. It has good thickening properties and foaming ability, for example, adding 2%~5% sodium chloride can easily increase the viscosity of SLES system.
[2] Commonly used in daily chemical industries such as liquid washing, meal washing, shampoo, and bath washing, as well as in industries such as textiles, paper making, leather, machinery, and petroleum extraction.
[3] In cosmetics, SLES has a certain degree of irritation and is not suitable for long-term use on sensitive and dry skin.
