Application:

The bread crumbs coating machine is used in conjunction with the sizing device, or it can be used alone. It can be used for breading coating processing famous hamburger patties, McNuggets, fish-flavored hamburger patties, potato cakes, pumpkin cakes, meat kebabs, etc. It is ideal breading coating equipment for food factories.

Working principle

While the product is on the mesh belt at the feed inlet, bread crumbs are attached to the bottom of the product. With the transmission of the mesh belt, the bread crumbs in the upper hopper fall down and completely wrap the product, and the wind in the air knife blows the excess bread crumbs. The products which is coated with bread crumbs fall with the mesh belt to the discharge end, and enter the next process.
