These corrugated pipes are especially used in wires conduit pipe.It is mainly for the production of raw materials to PVC.PP.PE small diameter single wall corrugated pipe. Die by the corresponding forming a homogeneous single-wallcorrugated bellows products. Threading pipe for wire and cable, washing machinedrains, vacuum cleaners, ventilation pipe, prestressed concrete special tubes.

(1)Normal speed single wall corrugated pipe machine.The line speed of the machine can upto 8-12m/min.
(2)High speed single wall corrugated pipe machine.The line speed of the machine can upto 20-25m/min. 
(3)Vacuum type single wall corrugated pipe machine. Used for making pipe with joint. 

Material+master batches→mixing → vacuum feeding → material dryness → single screw extruder → extrusion mould → corrugated forming machine → meter measure → double winder → finished product inspecting&packing

2.High torque gearbox with adopts NSK bearing; 
3.Bimetallic screw and barrel; 
4.Intelligent PLC controlling system with human-friendly interface.
Mould
1.Material of mold body is Steel 45# ,harden treated and polished.
2.Material of inner mould parts is 40Cr.
3.The material of calibration bushing is Stannum bronze.
4.The diameter can be customized.
