MK1332 CNC cylindrical grinding machine is a CNC cylindrical grinding machine developed by our company.
1. This machine tool is a two-axis CNC cylindrical grinding machine that uses a Siemens 808D CNC system from Germany with an LCD display. The cylindrical grinding wheel feed and table movement are both driven by a servo motor via a ball screw. The wheelhead feed uses a linear feed method, and the feed guide rail uses a linear rolling guide rail to ensure rigidity and sensitivity during feeding. The worktable guide rail uses a flat-V-shaped plastic-coated guide rail to improve its shock resistance and sliding properties.
2. The head stock motor drives the dial work piece to rotate through a pulley, and the spindle rotation is controlled by frequency conversion to achieve stepless speed regulation.
3. The machine tool is equipped with automatic timed quantitative lubrication to ensure the lubrication of the guide rails and lead screws. The machine tool is equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover, a front-mounted swivel operating box, and a backpack-style electrical cabinet at the rear.

1. Accuracy acceptance: The roundness, cylindricity, and surface roughness of the inner hole shall be inspected in accordance with the technical agreement.
2. The acceptance inspection will be conducted in two steps. In the first step, the Party A team will conduct an on-site inspection of the equipment at the Party B's site, in accordance with the standards stipulated in the technical agreement. In the second step, a spot check will be conducted on the processing accuracy of the equipment. After a continuous idle running for 2 hours, the grinding test piece will be performed. If it meets the requirements stipulated in the technical agreement and drawings, it will be deemed as qualified.
3. During the acceptance period of the equipment, Party B shall provide free training to Party A's operating personnel and maintenance personnel.
4. Machine tool warranty
Upon acceptance of the machine tool, Party B shall provide a one-year warranty service for the quality of the main machine. After the warranty period, Party B will still provide high-quality services.
