HCGM-S150 high precision PLC/CNC centerless grinding machine (single axis)


1. Machine application:
Thrufeed grinding(longitudinal grinding)
Infeed grinding(plunge grinding)
2. Main  features:
2.1. machine body
 Iron casting with high rigidity, natural aging.
2.2. Grinding and regulating wheel
  Grinding wheel fixed, regulating wheel movable.
  Grinding wheel in cantilever type, and its spindle adopted multi-plates long bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing.
  Double row cylindrical roller bearings for regulating wheel spindle with high rotation precision.
  Temperature cooling for grinding wheel spindle lubrication.
  Regulating wheel converter, step-less speed adjusting.
2.3.Feeding system
  Servo motor drives directly ball screw for main feeding. Double V roller guide.
2.4. Dressing system.
  Double V roller guide for grinding wheel dresser reciprocating guide. Gear motor drives ball screw.
  Double V roller guide for regulating wheel dresser reciprocating guide Gear motor drives ball screw, step-less speed control.
2.5. Cooling system
  Water pump with magnetic separator.
2.6. Electric control system
   10.4' screen, auto in-feed grinding, adjustable of feeding amount, speed,time. PLC and CNC optional.
