NCE offers N-channel SJ-III series power MOSFETs with breakdown voltage ratings ranging from 500V to 800V, which are ideal for switching power supply applications due to their good on-resistance, very low gate charge, excellent switching speed, and competitive price/performance ratio. Meanwhile, the SJ-III series offers avalanche withstand (EAS) and electrostatic discharge capability, which improves system reliability. In addition, this series of products adopts SJN's own innovative technology to optimize the switching characteristics of the products, making them have better EMI performance in system applications. They are widely used in household appliance drive, computer power supply, UPS, electric vehicle charging and other fields.
The package range of N-channel 500-800V series SJ-III MOSFETs includes TO-220, TO-223, TO-263, TO-251, TO-252, TO-247 and so on.
