The sheet metal hole saw series use the buffer center drill, the cutting blade of center drill adopts the step structure and has the grading cutting function to effectively disintegrate the drilling resistance of center drill and reduce the instantaneous impact of drilling-through workpiece, thereby preventing the cutting blade of drill from tipping caused by striking the workpiece.

Carbide tipped thin plate hole saw with shank part includes one 6.35mm hexagonal shank which is conveniently assembled by a special fast chuck and clamped by a general 1mm-3mm drill chuck,thus the hexagonal shank has excellent universality.

1. Made of high quality solide carbide tips, reduce the damage of tips, increase the endurance.

2. Assembled with high quality center drill and spring.

3. Maxium cutting depth of 15mm on solid plate with pistol drills, and 25mm ~50mm on solid plate with magnetic drills.

4. Shank diameter 10mm for hole Φ 16mm~34mm, and shank diameter 13mm for hole saw Φ 35mm~100mm.
