Yanchang Rubber is located in national-grade Xixian new district, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, where production facilities cover a total area of 1.66 million m²with more than 2,000 employees. The company is a modern tyre manufacturing enterprise, which was built and funded with 4. 85 billion RMB by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group in 2008. Designed with annual capacity of 20 million radial tyres, including 4 million commercial vehicle tyres and 16 million passenger car tyres, Yanchang rubber has completed the first stage project with production capacity of 2 million commercial vehicle tyres and 8 million passenger car tyres.
