Q: Where is your main market for sold products?
A: At present, our main market is Middle East ,Southeast Asia, Russia, South America etc.

Q: What's your payment terms?
A: By 100% T/T (30%  in deposit and 70% according to copy of BL), L/C at sight, Western Union and Paypal.

Q: What's the delivery time?
A: For our own brand, we can deliver the goods within 15 days after order confirmed.                                                                               For OEM brand, it may takes 30-35days after order confirmed. 
 

Q: What is the MOQ for order?
A:  OEM order required 500pcs ,for our own brand required quantity according to different models.
 

Q: Can I get  samples to test before place order?
A:  Sure, we can provide 1ps or 2pcs free samples with delivery freight collected. When you place order for the sample ,we will deduct your payment from the order. 
 

Q: What is your warranty term for product?
A: If the machine cannot be used normally due to the quality of the product itself, we will provide vulnerable parts for you to repair. For normally warranty we supply 12months.
