Chlorinated polyethylene resin is a new kind of synthetic material with a series of excellent properties. It is an excellent impact modifier of PVC plastic, and also a synthetic rubber with good comprehensive performance. It has a wide range of applications, and has been widely used in cables, wires, hose, tape, rubber and plastic products, sealing materials, flame-retardant transport belts, waterproof rolls, films and various profiled products. CPE can also be blended with polypropylene, high and low pressure polyethylene, ABS, etc., to improve the flame retardancy, aging resistance and printing performance of these plastics. CPE can be regarded as ethylene, polyethylene and 1.21-2 v inyl ch loride random copolymer, its molecular chain saturation, polar ch lorine atoms random distribution, because of its excellent physical and chemical properties, widely used in machinery, electric power, chemical, building materials and mining industry. CPE heat resistance, ozone and weather resistance, aging resistance is better than most rubber, oil resistance is better than nitrile (NBR), neoprene (CR), aging resistance is better than chlorosulfonated v inyl ch loride (CSM); Acid, alkali, salt and other corrosion properties, non-toxic, flame retardant, no explosion risk.
