Chocolate Coating Enrober Machine Chocolate Biscuit Tempering Machine

The chocolate coating line uses the chocolate pump to transport the chocolate to the jet system, forming a waterfall -type jet to cover the product,then trough the cooling tunnel, the product will be well enrobed. The machine is widely used and can be used for chocolate, bread, grain sticks, biscuits and other small snacks for chocolate coating.

Our machines have a wide range of applications, suitable for canteens, hotels, bakery, cafe, fast food shop and food processing factories.

1.  The product is attached by the upper and lower mesh belts, completely immersed in the chocolate and fully coated with chocolate. 
2. The distance between the upper and lower mesh belts can be adjusted to suitable for different specifications.
3.  Segmented transmission, even highly viscous sauce will not be taken out by the mesh belt to reduce material loss and ensure smooth attachment.
4.  Control the pulping volume of the product by adjusting the air volume of the fan.
5.  The transmission speed of the conveyor belt is controlled by the frequency converter, with stepless speed regulation.
6.  The whole machine is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, easy to disassemble with out special tools.
