· Wet Chemical or K-Class portable fire extinguishers contain a potassium acetate based agent and are specifically used to combat restaurant kitchen hazards without leaving a residue. They are used to supplement existing automatic cooking equipment and kitchen suppression systems. The Wet Chemical or K-Class portable fire extinguisher comes in two sizes - 6 Liter (1.5 gal) and 2.5 gal - the larger of which provides a longer discharge time with twice as much agent.
