A: We're a professional manufacturer starting to operate in 1994.
Q: Where's your factory?
A: Our factory is sited in Xiamen of Fujian province. We also have a sales company in Shanghai to manage domestic & oversea business.
Q: Can I get samples from you?
A: We'd like to provide sample for your approval if our price is acceptable. Customers need to pay for the samples & delivery charge.
Q: Do you provide OEM manufacturing service? Can your products be customerized?
A: We accept OEM orders. And we can provide customerized products in case of bulk purchasing.
Q: Do you have minimal ordering quantity (MOQ) requirement?
A: Yes. We only serve wholesale buyers, and please consult our sales for MOQ of specific items.
Q: What's your payment terms?
A: Normaly we require a deposit of 30% by T/T and the balance to be setteld prior to delivery. L/C payment is accepted as well.
Q: What's your delivery terms?
A: FOB or CIF both work for us. The port of departure is Xiamen or other China ports if required.
Q: What's your lead time of delivery?
A: We don't keep much stock. Normally it takes 40-45 days to make the shipment after an order is confirmed.
