Compact Cartridge Dust Collector

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector offers versatile cartridge options tailored to various dust conditions. As dusty air enters the collector, larger and heavier particles collide and settle at the bottom of the collection box during initial filtration. Meanwhile, finer and lighter dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the cartridges. Clean air then flows through the inner walls of the cartridges, entering the clean room and being discharged by the fan.

Equipped with an advanced automatic cleaning system, this dust collector ensures optimal performance. The electromagnetic valve opens, allowing compressed air to flow through the blow pipes onto the cartridges. The high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust from the cartridges' outer surface, which is subsequently collected in the dust collection box.
The vertical installation of cartridges ensures superior pulse cleaning efficiency and prevents secondary dust accumulation, maintaining a clean and efficient operating environment.

With a more integrated design, our Compact Pulse Dust Removable Vacuum Cleaner occupies minimal space. Seamlessly combining an efficient pulse dust-cleaning filter,
cartridge, and automatic pulse back-blowing system, it adeptly handles general dry dust with an impressive maximum air
volume capacity ranging from 1800 to 3600 m³/h.

collected dust, thereby simplifying equipment maintenance and
boosting operational convenience.
