Product Description
The continuous EPS grooving machine can make square or round EPS foam packages in bulk qty.Users just put your EPS panels on the table,it automatically feed and position itself,then hot wires scoop the panels.As the panel moves forward,the vertical hot wires and one horizontal hot wire will slice the scooped panels into individual packaging.You can set up all parameters in the control display screen to control speed,stroke timing etc.
There are two types of hot wires in the EPS grooving machine.
1) pre shaped rigid hot wires.They cut shapes on foam sheet,these wires will move up and down and also rotate for some shapes.
2) soft hot wires.They are horizontally and vertically installed at cutter outlet.They cut the shaped foam into independent pcs.
