Introduction
 
  Fish frying line combines frying technique and user-friendly control system. User just need to pack and unpack fish, then other things can be done through switchboard. It applies continuous frying system which can provide non-direct, consistent heating and prevent over-heating. Packed fishes after frying are crispy, tasty and suitable for main course. Oil is reused through heat exchanger, filtered through oil filter, saved in oil storage tank, thus give the advantage of low oil wastage. In addition, this line is made based on customer needs, we will together find a best way to accomplish good product quality and generate benefit.
