Structure and Working Principle:
The horizontal screw centrifuge consists of a drum, spiral, differential, bearing seat, feeding tube, machine base, cover, main motor, auxiliary motor, electrical control system, and monitoring instruments. The material is driven by high-speed rotation to undergo strong centrifugal force, separating solid particles from the mixture. The differential rotation speed between the drum and screw allows for efficient discharge of solid particles.
