Conventional Welding Rotator

This welding rotator has two types including self alignment and adjustable. It can suit for the diffrence diameter tank within the range and achieve the stepless speed adjusting under the setted welding parameter, which has the good character as small noise on the transmission and steady rotation for the working table.


Equipment consistence:
1 set powered tank rotator and 1 set idle tank rotator and electrical control system.
L Powered tank rotator and idle tank rotator has the welded structure pedestal, which is frame structure and get rid of the stress after welding. It has the character of large loading capability and long time using life. At the same time, two roller holes on the pedestal is machined in one time, which ensures the concentric of both hole.
L Two clamp racks are installed on the tank rotator, it has two rollers, which will touch the workpiece well when the workpiece is put on the roller and the clamp rack will wave around the fixed shaft, so that the roller will suit for the different diameter workpiece and ensure the workpiece cover angle during the range of 45° To 110° .
L The roller is combined by rubber and metallic wheels, the metallic wheel adopts steel forging part, which is quenched on the roller surface with high hardness, the rubber wheel has the character as anti-press, anti-abrading and long time using life.
L The ruducer adopts worm gear and gear wheel couple reducing part, which has the character as resonable structure, steady runing, small cubage, large torque and lower noise, etc.
L The powered motor is protected by the electric components, the veriable frenquency speed adjusting, steady and reliable capability.
