This product is white powder or crystalline powder.
Indications:
Cardiac arrest fluid is added during cardiac surgery to protect abnormal myocardial metabolism during myocardial ischemia.
According to the doctor's advice, 1g(1 bottle) was given intravenously each time, with water for injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection dissolved within 30 to 45 minutes, once or twice a day. Add cardiac arrest fluid to protect myocardium during cardiac surgery; The concentration in the cardiac arrest fluid is 10mmol/L.
Precautions:
Rapid intravenous administration of more than 1g of sodium creatine phosphate may cause a drop in blood pressure.
Large doses (5-10g/day) induce large phosphate intake, which may affect calcium metabolism and the secretion of hormones regulating homeostasis, as well as purine metabolism in renal function.
The above large doses should be used with caution and only for short periods.
