A: 35-60 days for bamboo&wooden products which depends on order quantity & design after sample confirmed. Please confirm with us again when place the order.

Besides, 100% inspection is executed from raw material to product before packing.Before mass production, we will provide samples for courier or photo confirmed via email. After production,our own professional quality inspector to assist you check the goods. Before shipment, you can ask a professional inspection agency to inspect the goods.

Q:How about the packing and shipping?
A: Normally, all the products would be wrapped with plastic film to avoid moisture and damage on the surface. Then different carton box were used for packaging, depending on the requirement of the customer. For ocean shipment, we might also use wooden pallet for convenient loading or down loading. Customized logo and package is also acceptable.
